Hello!

Thank you for visiting and checking out my pots! I just started on my pottery journey this summer. I create everything out of my tiny home studio here in Cincinnati, Ohio. I am a self taught wheel thrower and mostly make mugs (and a few accidental bowls). I am slowly working towards bigger and better things and I hope you’ll follow along for the ride!

A little more about how I got here…

I fell in love with ceramics way back in high school. I took classes for 3 years and did all hand-building ceramics. I opted out of the wheel throwing week for some reason (which I now regret). After high school I planned to become a ceramics teacher. I got into the DAAP program as a fine arts major at the University of Cincinnati. I went for 1 year and sadly didn’t get to do any ceramics. I switched gears and went to pastry school. I got a degree in the Pastry Arts and had a small pastry business for many years. I loved making edible art but found that it wasn’t my true passion. I eventually found my way back to ceramics. I couldn’t be happier that I did and I am so excited to be creating art again. This is what I’m truly passionate about!

A little more about me…

I am a mom to a beautiful, hilarious, weird, and super smart little human. She loves to help me paint mugs and is turning into quite the little artist herself. I have an incredible partner who is my best friend and biggest supporter. She is my rock, my soulmate, and an amazing human being. I love those two more than anything in this world! Other things I love to do are play ice hockey, drink coffee, read, hike, watch movies, and spend time with family and friends. I also work as a bookkeeper and do data annotation along with my pottery. I hope to make pottery a full time job one day though! Thank you for being here and helping me get to that dream. Your support means so much!
